Salud Sin Fronterasis born as a result of the lack of medical assistance in the region of Tepalcatepec, Michoacan, a state of Mexico. There are more than 80 thousand of settlers in Tepalcatepec, most of them are part of families with notorious deficiencies due to the lack of resources.
We firmly advocate the right of free dignified healthcare, just as the right of quality education for all, children and adults. Thats why we have created a community center in Tepalcatepect Which provides of healthcare services specialized in diabetes, dentistry and pediatric care, theres also a virtual libraty to support education for all
Tepalcatepect community is going through a tough momnet due to violence that is affecting the state of Michoacan, nevertheless, we are closely in touch with the mexican government ant its autorities, there fore the Salud Sin Fronteras A.C and SAPID facilities are a dependable and safe space fue its diplomatic and humanitarian category
We provide pediatrics specialized service for tepalcatepec children, giving tranquility to the region families
We take care of oral health of Tepalcatepec setters with propper facilities and kit of tools to a quality healthcare
We own the professional equipment to carry on free hemodialysis therapy for the care of patients with diabetes
Giving free medical attention to all the settlers of Tepalcatepect and surroundings

Women Advocacy Aliance is a non-profit organization which goal is to provide support to women in vulnerability situation whose rights were limited due to violence in the regions where they reside
The Tepalcatepec zone is at present time impacted by a wave of constant violence wich affects its setter. Salud Sin Fronteras A.C in collaboration with Women advocacy Alliance has the assignment of provide a safe place to all the women who are in a vulnerability
